These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://prolicenses.cloud and the platform https://app.prolicenses.cloud (together, the "Services") operated by Prolicenses ("Prolicenses", "we", "us" or "our"). Prolicenses is a trade name of LICENCESINFO, a company registered in France (SIREN 898 998 398, SIRET 898 998 398 00017), with its registered office at 149 avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, France. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Prolicenses is an online platform for purchasing and managing software licenses for businesses and resellers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may verify your identity and business information before activating certain account types.

3. SMS Terms (Two-Factor Authentication)

  • Program: Prolicenses sends one-time verification codes by SMS to secure your account when you sign up or log in.
  • Consent: By entering your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, you agree to receive these verification messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your login activity.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message. Opting out may prevent you from using SMS verification to access your account.
  • Help: Reply HELP or contact contact@licencesinfo.com.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at https://prolicenses.cloud/privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown on the platform and may vary depending on your account type. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Invoices are issued for every order.

5. License Delivery and Use

Licenses are delivered electronically after payment. You agree to use licenses in accordance with the software publisher's license terms. Licenses may not be resold unless your account is authorized for resale.

6. Refunds

Because licenses are digital products delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated. If a license is defective or cannot be activated, contact support and we will replace it or refund you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, providing false information, or using the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prolicenses is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
